Sharpen your skills and training for Battle of the Bay or paddling in general.

Tuesday Trainings will focus on many different skills such as beach starts, buoy turns, sprint training, paddle technique, board handling and other overall training information. The trainings in September will focus on Battle or the Bay but will be great training for anyone even if you are not doing this race.

Where to Meet: On September 4th: Fort Mason in San Francisco, September 11th Crissy Field, September 18th Practice Race, meet at Fort Mason, September 25th Crissy Field.

Time: Meet at 5:15 pm and be on the water at 5:30 pm to start training.

What to Bring: Board, Paddle, leash, PFD, water, snack. If you do not have your own equipment you can rent your equipment right from F-One. If you need equipment from F-One, please call then ahead  of time so you can reserve a board. (415) 339-9112. Or rent from 101 Surfsports in San Rafael (415) 524-8492.  Remember your PFD and leash.

Bring a change of clothes for after practice and layers for on the water. Layers such as merino wool, light windbreaker, etc. Definitely be ready to wear a wetsuit if needed.
