Winter Training Overview:
Winter Training is currently on hold
The winter time is one of the best opportunities to set your health and fitness base for the rest of the year. Doing so is a powerful step toward staying healthy, reaching your fitness goals, increasing your performance and staying injury free
8 Weeks: 8 consecutive Saturdays (sometimes Sundays) in July and February
8:30 arrival and 9am start to 11 am in general but some sessions will go longer. This will be announced closer to the training.
Limited to 10 people
Winter is a great time to regroup and organize your self for the rest of the year. Evaluate the past year think about your goals for the coming year, whether they be for racing, adventures or health.
